Six+ years of experience creating and maintaining individual intersection databases of crashes for intersections where Safelight Cameras were installed or other locations that need Traffic Safety Analysis. For the last 7 reporting periods in accordance with State of Texas legislated requirements, Submitted annual summary reports to TxDOT for each active Safelight location. These submittals consist of the requested number of crashes, the types of crashes and the severity ratings of those crashes. Analyzed over 50,000 individual crash records for type of crash and whether the crash was relevant to the intersection or roadway section. Creation of combined multiple years of crash data and generated a sortable summary report of crashes and severity. This report is used by the Transportation Engineers to pinpoint locations for grant applications with the TxDOT HSIP project and other safety improvement programs. Over 37 years of understanding transportation issues and citizen concerns and assisting the engineering staff and management to find solutions to these issues and concerns. Over 30 years of experience with databases and spreadsheets, their formulas and the linking files for data analysis.
